Camping this weekend. It is all about the food. The menu includes grilled eggplant and portabella mushrooms, (camp)fire roasted tomato and bell pepper sauce and vegan pancakes.
YUM!! I'm stocking up on camping gear next weekend for trips to various lakes and what have you. Oregon is awesome in that regard.
